Great support system!!

Im very impressed with this app. It has all the features needed to make this a simple yet very practical daily routine. I see an improvement based on the fact that the app keeps me on track. I used to forget or couldnt be bothered to do the exercises but now its almost fun because I know I can count on being reminded.
Glad I found this.
